About
I have seen
how companies
actually work.
Nearly 300 of them, department by department, over twenty-five years. That is the whole qualification, and it turns out to be the one that matters.

What I actually did for twenty-five years
Consulting, mostly. Companies operating between Turkey, Germany and the United States — formation, compliance, sourcing, marketplace accounts, freight, customs, warehousing. The unglamorous middle of international trade.
Along the way I built the software those operations needed, because the software that existed assumed a company that did not look like theirs.
Why that matters now
Everyone can call a model. The scarce thing is knowing which part of a purchasing department is genuinely judgement and which part is a habit nobody questioned. You do not learn that from a process diagram. You learn it by sitting in the department while it closes a month.
Automating a department is straightforward once you have run one. The difficulty was never the technology.
What I am building toward
Companies that run end to end without a person holding them together — purchasing, stock, orders, invoicing, support. Not as a thought experiment. As the next version of the operations I already run.
Also
I run seller communities and train the people in them. Most of what I know came out of those rooms, and it is where I still test whether an idea survives contact with someone who has to make payroll.
The digitalization race
Your competitors are
still moving paper
onto screens.
Tell me what your company does. I'll show you which parts can run themselves — and what it takes to get there. Nearly 300 companies advised over twenty-five years; I know where the gaps usually are.
